On Monday, Aug. 26, the <a href="http://www.edenprairie.org/Modules/ShowDocument.aspx?documentid=2743" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Eden Prairie Planning Commission will host a public hearing</a> at 7 p.m. regarding the addition of a new restaurant to the community.If the commission recommends the addition to the City Council, <a href="http://www.peoplesorganic.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">People's Organic Coffee and Wine Bar</a> will be on it's way to adding Eden Prairie to it's list of locations.Currently, People's Organic has locations in Edina, <a href="https://minnetonka.patch.com/groups/business-news/p/people-s-organic-coffee-and-wine-cafe-coming-to-minnetonka" rel="nofollow">Minnetonka</a> and Minneapolis. If the City Council approves the plans, the coffee and wine bar would be located at the corner of Prairie Center Drive and Valley View Road on roughly 1.25 acres of land.
