How Well Does Eden Prairie Welcome New Residents?

If you're new to the community, the City wants to know what you're experience moving to Eden Prairie was like.

The Eden Prairie Human Rights and Diversity Commission is working to sponsor a project called “Blueprint for Welcome.”

Created by One Voice Minnesota, “Blueprint for Welcome” looks to discover how well Eden Prairie welcomes new residents.

“The One Voice Minnesota Monitoring Project investigates, documents, and assesses how fully Minnesota welcomes all residents using a human rights framework,” according to One Voice MInnesota’s website.

On Aug. 20, the City’s human rights commission hosted an event where new residents and immigrants could attend and record their experiences in the community.
