Eden Prairie Police believe a 13-year-old Eden Prairie girl was subjected to sexual conduct by an adult male during the summer of 2010. Colton William Sinn, 23, of Minneapolis, has been summonsed to court on felony criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree charges. In January 2011, officers received a report from Hennepin County Child Protection regarding a criminal sexual conduct matter. The victim revealed that during the summer of 2010 (she was 12), she and Sinn engaged in the intentional touching of each other's intimate parts. According to the complaint, the victim said that on at least one occasion, Sinn insisted that the sexual contact take place in a closed room. If convicted, Sinn faces 0-10 years in prison and/or a $6,000-$20,000 fine.
