Park Nicollet Now Merged With HealthPartners

As of Jan. 1, Park Nicollet—including the Eden Prairie clinic—and HealthPartners have been merged, according to an article in the Star Tribune.

The new collaboration will be under the name HealthPartners, according to the Star Tribune report. "HealthPartners promises that patients and members won't notice any disruption or immediate changes with the merging of the organizations," the article says. "HealthPartners and Park Nicollet care facilities will continue to operate under their current names and patients of either clinic system will have the same access and coverage under their health plan as they did before."
