Police Catch TV Thieves Fleeing From Eden Prairie Walmart
Police say the St. Paul couple left the store with two TVs in their cart.

A St. Paul couple has been charged with stealing TVs from Eden Prairie Walmart.
Patricia Maria Cozart, 35, and Jorge Maya-Ochil, 52, have both been charged in court with felony theft (over $1,000).
On March 23, Eden Prairie police officers were dispatched to Walmart on a report of shoplifting in progress. An officer observed the suspects' car, a white Audi, drive out of the parking lot at a high rate of speed. An officer succeeded at stopping the vehicle by boxing it in between several cars.

The TVs were recovered from the car that Maya-Ochil and Cozart occupied. According to Walmart video, the couple left the store with two flat panel TVs in a cart without paying. The retail price of the TVs was $1,226.
