Resident to Address Council After Dog Was Killed at Dog Park

After her Yorkshire terrier bled to death last week, Tessie Brandbury will address the Eden Prairie City Council in a workshop meeting Tuesday evening.

According to Fox 9, the Yorkie, named Winston, was attacked at Eden Prairie's Flying Cloud Dog Park Monday evening. By the time the dog made it to the animal hospital down the road, he had bled out.

Brandbury will speak at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers and the meeting is open to the public.
