A Guide to Edina's Easter Services

Easter services are an important part of this Sunday for a number of Edina residents. These local churches have you covered with special Easter services this weekend.

• Location: 5300 France Ave. S.
• Services: 
  • Easter: Worship service at 10:30 a.m.

• Location: 6817 Antrim Road
• Services: 
  • Easter: Easter breakfast at 9 a.m., festival worship at 10:30 a.m. and an Easter egg hunt at 11:45 a.m.

• Location: 6512 Vernon Ave. S.
• Services: 
  • Easter: Worship service at 10:15 a.m.

• Location: 6901 Normandale Road
• Services: 
  • Saturday: A contemporary worship service at 5:15 p.m.
  • Easter Sunday: Sunrise service at 6 a.m., traditional celebration services at 8 and 9:10 a.m., contemporary celebration services at 10:30 and 11:40 a.m. and a celebration of the rescurrection led by the Table team at 6 p.m.

• Services: 
  • Easter: Masses will be held at 9 and 11 a.m.

• Location: 6200 Colonial Way
• Services: 
  • Easter: Sunrise service will take place at 5:45 a.m. at Rosland Park, with a light breakfast following worship back at Colonial Church. Traditional Easter service will be held at 9 and 10:45 a.m. at Colonial Church.

• Location: 6400 Tracy Ave.
• Services: 
  • Easter: Creek Valley Church will be meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Easter Sunday, instead of its normal 9:30 start time. This is in order to make room for IUC ECB Sunrise Service, which begins at 6 a.m.

  • Easter: Traditional worship services will be held at 8:15 and 10:45 a.m., with an Easter breakfast scheduled for 9:15-10:15 a.m.

• Services: 
  • Easter: Services will be held at 8, 9:30 and 11 a.m.

• Location: 4201 W. 50th St.
• Services: 
  • Easter: Combined services will be held at 10:30 a.m.

• Services: 
  • Easter: Services will be held at 7:30 a.m. at Browndale Park, with a tradtional service at 10 a.m. at the church.

• Services: 
  • Easter: Outdoor sunrise service will be held at 6:35 a.m. in the amphitheater, with traditional services in the sanctuary at 8:30, 9:45 and 11 a.m. A light breakfast will be served in the fellowship hall from 7-11 a.m.

• Services: 
  • Easter: Services will be held at 8, 9:30 and 11 a.m.

• Location: 6100 Normandale Road
• Services: 
  • Easter: Services will be held at 8, 9:30 and 11 a.m. An Easter feast will take place in the fellowship hall from 7:30-11:30 a.m. Cost is $10 for adults, $7 for children or $30 for an entire family. The menu includes egg bake, an array of meats and seafood, fresh fruit and pastries.

  • Easter: Services are scheduled for 8 and 10 a.m., with a parish breakfast taking place at 9 a.m.
