Neighborhood Reconstruction Schedule
Northwest Asphalt will continue to install sump drain lines on Scotia Drive, Tupa Drive and Tupa Circle. According to City Code, all residents with sump pumps and roof drains who discharge at the curb or within the right-of-way should use this service pipe. Please call or email me if you have any questions.

During this installation, pipe will be laid along the ground and it may temporarily block access to your driveway. If this affects you, the contractor will notify you. Please be careful when driving or walking near this pipe.

Towards the end of the week, Northwest Asphalt will remove pieces of concrete curb and gutter throughout the entire project. New concrete curb will likely be installed week of July 1. If you have any special needs or activities scheduled that week, please let me know so we can try to accommodate you.
