Brussels Sprouts A Cold-Season Treat At Edina Restaurant: Review
The Brussels sprouts at Pajarito are so good they'll make you wish it was colder for longer, according to a Star Tribune food writer.

EDINA, MN — A “breakout” Brussels sprouts dish at Pajarito earned a stellar review after catching a Star Tribune food writer by surprise.
The Star Tribune’s Joy Summers raved about the Mexican restaurant’s Brussels sprouts, which are trimmed then deep-fried and tossed with aioli, cotija cheese and Tajin.

“The sole reason to wish for an extended cold season is to eat the Brussels sprouts at Pajarito just a bit longer,” Summers wrote in the Star Tribune’s list of “The 5 best things our food writers ate in the Twin Cities area this week.”
Pajarito is expected to keep the dish on its menu until May, Summers wrote, giving local foodies plenty of time to try it.
