The Vikings stadium's retractable roof is still up in the air, as it were, but if you have an urgent need to sit below a floating ceiling, Edina's Eden Avenue Grill is holding a grand opening ceremony today for their new retractable patio structure.
The roof will cover a new rain-and-shine outdoor area featuring a fireplace, heated floors and a TV. The patio structure was designed and installed by Wisconsin-based Cabreeze.
Eden Avenue Grill dates to 1977 when it operated as The Pantry, a malt shop-style restaurant.
