EDINA, MN — A five-year-old Edina boy died days after accidentally drowning in an apartment complex pool, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.Vishagan Alagushankar suffered a drowning incident in the pool at 7330 Gallagher Drive in Edina on June 6. He was transported to Children's Minnesota in Minneapolis, where he was declared dead six days later, on June 12. The incident is being investigated by the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office Water Patrol and the Edina Police Department.
