Edina's 'Famous Dave' Hawks BBQ Cookbook At Local Byerly's

With the help of a giant, stuffed, Chef's hat-wearing pig named Wilbur, Edina resident "Famous Dave" Anderson promoted his new barbecue cookbook Friday afternoon at the St. Louis Park Byerly's.

The impresario behind the barbecue chain "Famous Dave's" posed for pictures, shook hands, talked meat while and—for $24.99—signed copies of "Famous Dave's Barbecue Party Cookbook: Secrets of a BBQ Legend."

"I'm really excited to meet and greet all the raving, loyal fans of Famous Dave's at Shop Byerly's," he said. "This is an amazing, wonderful cookbook."
