A pair of winter plays are set to grace the stage of Performing Arts Center for the next two weekends, transporting audiences to both ancient Greece and southern Indiana.
Things kick off on Jan. 19, when the EHS Thespians present , a moving American drama that explores the friendship between a disenchanted Kentucky preacher and a disturbed young man in rural southern Indiana in the 1930s.
"The play is a story of friendship, family, community, loss and hope, told in a hauntingly poetic voice that speaks to the heart," according to a release from the EHS Thespians.
