Edina residents who are interested in running for a spot on the board this November have until Aug. 16 to file paperwork with the school district clerk.  The terms of Clerk Bert Ledder, Treasurer Peyton Robb and Assistant Treasurer Cathy Cella are all up for election. To date, no candidates have officially announced their intention to run for one of the three open positions.  Prospective candidates can file their paperwork at the (5701 Normandale Road, Suite 200) through 5 p.m. on Aug. 16. There is a $2 fee to file. To be eligible, candidates must: <ul> <li>Be eligible to vote</li> <li>Be 21 years of age or more upon assuming office</li> <li>Have been a resident of the district for 30 days prior to the election</li> <li>Not be running for any other office during the same election</li> </ul>
