Hazelton Road will be getting a new median, a roundabout and a sidewalk connection to the Edina Promenade.The Edina City Council approved $115,114 in engineering costs to overhaul the road that runs just north of Byerly's by the Galleria.The raised concrete median will be located east of France Avenue.Other changes to the stretch of Hazelton that will be included in the project:<ul><li>Modification to the Byerly's and Rue de France access.</li><li>Modifications to the Guitar Center and Szechuan Star access</li><li>Mill and overlay of the existing undisturbed pavement</li><li>Revisions to the existing pedestrian flasher system at the Promenade</li><li>Drainage improvements as needed.</li></ul>
