Last Chance: Schedule a Free Car Seat Inspection

We're kicking off a brand new feature at Edina Patch, dubbed "Last Chance." We'll be regularly letting you know about various upcoming deadlines so that you don't miss out on anything important.

This week we're calling attention to an event aimed at . From 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, Mar. 31, Edina's Connecting with Kids, BuckleUpKids and AuPairCare are teaming up to offer the free car seat inspection at .

You can call 952-922-2912 to book an appointment with a trained technician ahead of time or just show up and drive thru for an appointment on a first come, first serve basis.

In addition to the free inspection—typically valued at $35 per seat—attendees can enjoy a bouncy castle, Angie's kettle corn and Breadsmith donations as well as $2 Jamba Juice. If that isn't enough, an Edina fire truck will also be on hand to entertain the crowds.
