(PHOTOS) Old Chicago Overhauls Nearby Restaurant

More than 180 people turned out to see the remodeled Eden Prairie location.

Old Chicago recently celebrated the grand re-opening of its Eden Prairie location, the first restaurant in the country to unveil a new direction, logo and food and beer menus.

Nearly 200 pizza enthusiasts lined up outside of the restaurant to check out the new digs, with the first 116 customers in line receiving free pizza for an entire year.

Eden Prairie Mayor Nancy Tyra-Lukens and the Old Chicago team cut a dough "ribbon" in celebration of the grand re-opening, held on Monday, Mar. 19. It now features an extensive craft beer menu, new tavern-style thin crust pizza, chopped and tossed salads all with homemade dressings, appetizers, soups and Panini sandwiches, and an expanded pasta selection as well as several lighter options.
