- Keenan Eugene Nelson, 22, of Brooklyn Park, was charged with possession of marijuana after police stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation near the intersection of France Avenue and 65th Street.

- Lewis Lee Harris, 35, of Minneapolis, was charged with driving after cancellation after police stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation near the intersection of Hwy. 100 and 50th Street.
