Sweetgreen To Open 1st Twin Cities Shop At Galleria Edina: Reports

EDINA, MN — The Galleria Edina is set to be the home of the Sweetgreen salad chain’s first location in the Twin Cities metro this summer, according to reports.

Sweetgreen is planning to open three shops in the Twin Cities area, with one in downtown Minneapolis, one in St. Paul and one in Edina, Axios reports.

The chain’s Edina location is expected to open in late summer, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported.

Sweetgreen has posted job listings online for its soon-to-open Edina location, as first reported by the Business Journal. The company is seeking a general manager and assistant manager, according to the listings.
