Thespian Boosters Thank Community for Support

To the Editor,

On behalf of the Edina Thespian Boosters and the entire cast of , THANK YOU to the community for a terrific show of support at the Benefit Performance on Friday, June 17!

The through local and state media, including the Edina Patch and the turn out to support this nationally acclaimed performance by a very talented high school group was amazing!  The show, held on Theater Day began at 7:30 p.m. with standing room only available!

Donations were accepted at the door and reflected the generous community support in helping to defray the significant costs in getting the cast, crew, musicians, set and equipment to the International Thespian Festival held last week at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.

Thank you to several local businesses for your support…Logistics International and Lifetouch Photography, for donation of the truck to transport the set and equipment, for the programs, Franklin Street Bakery for cookies during the intermission and to all of our season advertisers.  It was a wonderful event and a genuine show of community support!
