Three Cars Stolen from 6800 Block of Washington Avenue

Monday, Dec. 9
- A resident of the 7500 block of York Avenue was swindled out of $4,000 in a phone scam.
- A 2001 Ford Crown Victoria was stolen from the 6800 block of Washington Avenue
- A 22-year-old Edina man was arrested for possession of marijuana.
- A 1998 Toyota Camry was stolen from the 6800 block of Washington Avenue.
- A 1989 Buick Regal was stolen from the 6800 block of Washington Avenue.
Tuesday, Dec. 10
- A 14-year-old and a 15-year-old were arrested for shoplifting $227 in clothes from the Southdale J.C. Penney's.
Wednesday, Dec. 11
- A purse worth $134 was taken from a woman getting out of her car in an underground parking garage on the 7600 block of Edinborough Way.
Thursday, Dec. 12
- A 29-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of marijuana near the intersection of Highway 100 and Benton Avenue.
Friday, Dec. 13
- A wallet worth $37 was stolen from a Southdale shopper's purse.
- An 18-year-old Edina resident was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and liquor at the 70th Street BP station.
Saturday, Dec. 15
- A 22-year-old Ivanhoe resident was arrested for drunk driving near the Highway 100 and 70th Street.
- Clothes, tools and a GPS, worth $2,700 were stolen from a car on the 5100 block of Lake Ridge Rd.
- A 25-year-old Edina resident was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia on the 4300 block of Brookside Ct.
- A 30-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for shoplifting $217 of clothes from Macy's.
