The latest episode of Edina E-Buzz includes an interview with Roehl, information for this year's senior class and a look at AP Testing.
Shortly after being named , 10th-grade English teacher Jackie Roehl reflects on what the accomplishment means for her.
In addition to being part of the National Teacher of the Year competition, Roehl gets to visit the White House, take a class at Harvard and—perhaps most exciting—attend International Space Camp.
"All of my colleagues here at Edina are laughing at me at Space Camp, because I cannot even go on a roller coaster without throwing up," Roehl said. "So we'll see how Mrs. Roehl competes at Space Camp."
