Winter Foul: Snowblower Stolen from Edina Storage Shed
Officers also responded to a pair of burglaries in the 5300 block of Edina Industrial Boulevard.

Thursday, Jan. 24
- Edward Joseph Dowling, 42, of Excelsior, was arrested for 2nd degree DWI after his vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of Hwy. 62 and Gleason Road.
- Daniel Jameel Karan Ostman, 24, of Edina, was arrested for 3rd degree DWI after his vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation in the 7000 block of France Avenue.
- Police responded to the 6400 block of Barrie Road on a report of theft. An unknown suspect stole two brass valves valued at $895.
- Jarvis Dixon, 52, of Minneapolis, was arrested for theft at Cub Foods near Southdale Center. Dixon was reportedly caught trying to shoplift $27.02 in grocery items from the store.
- Police responded to Southdale Center on a report of a found bicycle.

- Police responded to the 7700 block of York Avenue on a report of theft. An unknown person stole a snowblower valued at $3,000 from an outside storage shed.
- Police responded to the 3400 block of Heritage Drive on a report of a found license plate.
- A 15-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl were both cited for minor consumption of alcohol in the 4500 block of Dunham Drive.
Saturday, Jan. 26
- William Jason Kastler, 34, of Minneapolis, was arrested for 3rd degree DWI, refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test and driving on a revoked license after his vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of France Avenue and 66th Street.
- Police responded to the 5300 block of 61st Street on a report of a suspicious male near a garage.
- Police responded to the AMC Theater at Southdale Center on a report of theft. A $200 phone had been dropped inside of the theater, but the owner said it was not turned in the next day and was showing a GPS location in Savage, MN.
- Suzanne Jean Danz Gray, 50, of Richfield, was arrested for prescription forgery at the York Avenue Walgreen's.
- Police responded to the 6400 block of York Avenue on a report of a harassing letter.

- Sean James Curran, 30, of Baton Rouge, LA, was arrested for 4th degree DWI after his vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of Stevens Avenue and Diamond Lake Road.
- Police responded to the 6100 block of Lincoln Drive on a report of theft. Clothing valued at $500 was reported stolen from a mail room by an unknown person.
- Police responded to Title Boxing Club on a report of burglary. An unknown person pried open a door and stole $50 in cash from the business.
- Police responded to Platinum Dance on a report of burglary. An unknown person pried open a door and stole cash and an iPod valued at $420 in total from the business.
