Notice of Public Hearing to Consider a Resolution of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, CP #21-01 by the City of Fridley, to amend the Future Land Use Map in the 2040 Comprehensive Plan
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Fridley will hold a public hearing on December 15, 2021 at 7:00 pm at Fridley City Hall, 7071 University Avenue N.E.

The public hearing will consider a Resolution of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, CP #21-01 by the City of Fridley to amend the Future Land Use Map in the 2040 Comprehensive Plan to change the land now owned by the City of Minneapolis to Utility and land now owned by Anoka County to Park. This land use change is related to a Lot Split, LS #21-01 that was approved by the City Council on February 8, 2021, petitioned by the City of Minneapolis.
