Back to School: Robbinsdale District 281 Middle Schools, High Schools Open Houses

With the first day of school rapidly approaching, middle and high schools across the Robbinsdale School District will be hosting open houses for students and families.

Here are the dates and times for the open houses for middle and high schools in the Robbinsdale Area Schools for the 2013-14 school year, as shared on the Robbinsdale School District website. Click on the school's name to get its supply list.

• Plymouth Middle School: each grade has a different night for its "Back to School" events. The seventh grade open house is 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27. The eighth grade open house is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28. The sixth grade open house is 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29.

• Robbinsdale Middle School: each grade has a different night for its "Back to School" events. Sixth grade orientation is 5:30-8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28. Open houses for seventh and eighth grade are both on Thursday, Aug. 29, the first is 6-7:30 p.m. and the other is 7-8:30 p.m.

• Robbinsdale Armstrong High School: Community Backlawn BBQ 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20. District Health Fair 8:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 26, in the school's auditorium. Ninth grade orientation is 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27. 

• Robbinsdale Cooper High School: Picture Day is 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20. Ninth grade orientation is 6:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27.
