Brasa Expanding To Suburbs With Hopkins Restaurant: Reports

Chef and owner Alex Roberts hopes to see the new location open in the fall, according to the Star Tribune.

HOPKINS, MN — Brasa Premium Rotisserie is expanding to the suburbs with a fourth restaurant, according to reports.

The fast-casual eatery has two locations in Minneapolis and one in St. Paul, but will be adding a west suburban outpost at 1728 Mainstreet in Hopkins, the Star Tribune reported, adding chef and owner Alex Roberts hopes to see it open in the fall.

In addition to rotisserie chicken, Brasa serves other dishes inspired by southern U.S., Caribbean and Mexican cuisine, such as grits, collard greens, fried plantains and roasted pork.

The new restaurant will include an outdoor patio, Bring Me The News reported.
