• State's largest school district moves grad ceremonies to U.S. Bank, which comes with a $100,000 price tag (kare11.com) — Hopkins Public Schools are still scrambling to lock in a new graduation venue after the University of Minnesota stopped hosting ceremonies at Mariucci Arena, forcing districts to seek pricier alternatives. While Anoka-Hennepin and Osseo have already booked U.S. Bank Stadium and others chose St. Thomas’s new arena, Hopkins is in final contract talks and expects to announce its new site soon.
