Jerralee A. Penttila, age 67 of Inver Grove Heights, died peacefully on Saturday, Nov. 19. Jay was dearly loved by her husband of 46 years, 4 children, spouses, and 6 grandchildren. A dedicated teacher, she will be missed by friends, church, and students she taught over 40 years. A memorial service was held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
