Mary Helena Neisen, 83

Mary Helena Neisen (nee Faricy), age 83, was born on Jan. 18, 1928 in St. Paul and grew up in the West 7th Street area and was a 1946 graduate of Monroe High School. She was united in marriage to John N. Neisen on Oct. 29, 1951 at St. James CHurch in St. Paul. In 1955, she and John built a home in Inver Grove Heights, where Mary, also known as Mae, lived until her death on Nov. 27. Mae was preceded in death by her loving husband, John; beloved daughter, Katie O'Connor; infants Joseph and Anne; grandchildren Jerome and Patrick O'Connor; parents Jerome and Margaret Faricy; brothers Bud and Bill Faricy; sister Sallie Herzog. She was also survived by daughters Peggy (Jim) Riley, Cindy (Richard) Berger, Lynn (Dan) Mrozinski; son Jay (Rae) Neisen and son-in-law Thomas O'Connor; grandchildren Michael (Sarah), Robert (Mindy), Tim (Abbey), Mark and Malory O'Connor, Lee Mrozinski and Aaron Rhody; great-grandchildren Jake, Reagn, Hallie, Colin, Carson, Ryan and Gabe; and sisters Marge McRaith and Sandie Jones; many, many relatives, friends, "The Club" and special neighbors. A special thanks to the staff at St. Joseph's Hospital in St. Paul. Visitation was held on Wednesday, Nov. 30, at Roberts Funeral Home.
