INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN — A 39-year-old Hastings woman was killed in a crash on Interstate 94 in Inver Grove Heights early Monday morning.Just before 4:30 a.m., a Chevy Malibu was going eastbound on I-494 when it rear-ended a Volvo semi tractor-trailer "at a high rate of speed," according to the Minnesota State Patrol.The Malibu driver died. The semi driver — a 39-year-old man from Holmen, Wisconsin — was not injured in the crash.More details are expected to be released on Tuesday.
