Survived by mother Shirley Zuehlke; wife Nancy; daughters Tayshia and Alexis; brother, Rodney Booen; sister, Robin (Steven) Walters and also by many other loving relatives and friends. Funeral Service 10AM Friday, October 5, 2012 at Hosanna! Lutheran Church, 9600 163rd Street W., Lakeville, MN. Visitation will be held 4-8PM Thursday, October 4 at White Funeral Home, 20134 Kenwood Tr., Lakeville, MN and also 1 hour prior to service at church. Interment Lebanon Cemetery in Apple Valley, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be going to his daughter's education fund.
