Customer Service Representative

Guest Service Representatives instruct and assist guests in the proper use of the automatic scorer, as well as, maintaining the automatic scorer according to maintenance standards and assisting the Counter Control Operator when needed. They are also responsible for maintaining the highest possible cleaning standards by following cleaning guidelines.

League Coordinator

The League Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing promotional programs for the purpose of increasing and retaining bowlers through solicitation and promotion. They are further responsible for forming and retaining leagues, promoting bowling and building lineage.

Pinsetter Technician

Responsible for immediately correcting all minor malfunctions of the automatic pinsetter. Oil lanes with lane machine. Repairs or replaces broken pieces of the pinsetter.

Server

Responsible for providing our guests with prompt, efficient, courteous service by taking orders in the bowler's area or lounge. 

Cook 

Cook, prepare and serve food to customers while reporting to the Kitchen Manager.
