A Dakota County District Court Judge found sufficient probable cause in the case against Antonio Lamar Powell to send the 36-year-old Lakeville man to trial. Powell was  in the 17000 block of Firetree Place in . Powell is accused of brandishing a firearm during a fist fight and is charged with making felony <a href="https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/?id=609.713&amp;year=2011&amp;keyword_type=all&amp;keyword=Terroristic+threats" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">terroristic threats</a>.  On Tuesday afternoon Judge Thomas Pugh scheduled Powell's settlement conference for Feb. 8 and—if no deal is reached between the attorneys on that date—a jury trial for Feb. 27.  The charge against Powell carries with it a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
