Tree of Hope: The Season of Giving

Tree of Hope collects toys for children who are in hospitals: "Children who are having surgery, chemotherapy, dialysis, transplants, in the burn unit, etc. over the holidays are seriously ill and need our help."

A toy collection box will be located at the Lakeville Airport, 22100 Hamburg Avenue, until Dec. 5.

Thrive by 5 Lakeville Community Initiative

Learn more about this community initiative for school-readiness for early learners. The meeting is 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Lakeville City Hall.

This event at the Heritage Library is set for 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The finance committee will meet at 7 p.m. at the Water Treatment Facility, located at 18400 Ipava Avenue. This committee meets each month on the second Thursday.
