New TV Store Comes to Lakeville Crossing Promising Low Prices

No Box TVs—a television specialty store—recently moved from St. Paul to Lakeville.

Need a new television? Maybe HD? Don't want to pay big-box prices? Apparently Lakeville has a new kind of store for you.

No Box TVs, an outlet store that claims to sell televisions for less than the Targets, Walmarts and Best Buys of the world, recently moved from St. Paul to Lakeville—filling a new 1,721-square-foot store at Lakeville Crossing.

According to the Star Tribune, Jeff Brett, the owner of No Box TVs, moved the store seeking to "find an area with a stronger consumer economy prompted the relocation."

According to the report, the store gets merchandise from businesses that deal in surplus goods and products. The ones who have boxes—not the TVs—damaged during shipping and from returns from big-box stores.

Brett told the Star Tribune televisions at his store are 10 to 40 percent lower than elsewhere. All come with a one-year warranty.
