DHS Warns Agents Put at Risk After Online List Circulates Alleged Hotel Locations in Minnesota – [your]NEWS (yournews.com) — A Hilton-branded hotel in Lakeville has been permanently closed after the company cut ties with the property amid protests over alleged federal immigration agents’ hotel stays around the Twin Cities. Federal officials say online lists of supposed agent lodging sites, plus noisy demonstrations and vandalism at Minneapolis hotels, are putting officers at risk and prompting some hotels to cancel government reservations.
   

5. Robert 'Bob' Keeton, 88, Little Falls (wjon.com) — Lakeville readers may recognize the family of Robert “Bob” Keeton, whose daughter and her family live in Lakeville while he spent much of his career and retirement in other Minnesota communities. The longtime educator and community volunteer died January 9 at age 88, remembered for his dedication to public schools, family, and service.
