<a href="http://www.lshs.isd194.k12.mn.us" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Lakeville South</a> took fifth place, and the Northfield Raiders gymnasts won the Section 1AA gymnatics championship held at Lakeville South High School on Feb. 18. The Raiders had a score of 149.9 and the Cougars placed fifth with a score of 134.7. Kylie Prouty, a sophomore Captain for the Cougars, had the best showing for Lakevilel South with a seventh-place finish on the uneven bars with a score of 8.9 and a tenth-place finish in the all-around competition.  South sophomores Alicia Morrison and Kylie Prouty posted their season high scores on floor with a score of 9.05 and 9.35 respectively.  The Lakeville South Cougar's sections team consisted of Chelsi Berry (captain, 11th-grade), Kylie Prouty (captain, 10), Caylee Alves (10), Alicia Morrison (10), Alex Bakken (10), Kaila Seurer (captain, 10), Rose Cozad (10), Rachel Rosenthal (9), Nicole Kroska (9), Kristina Hufnagle (9), Maddie Schwartz (8), Allie Stowell (7) and Bella Iversen (7).
