A Burnsville woman was killed in an early-morning crash on I-35 in Lakeville on Sunday. The State Patrol says Wendi M. Liverseed, 25, wasn't wearing her seat belt when her car rolled over in the northbound lane of I-35 just north of County Road 70 at around 3:35 a.m. According to the State Patrol, a witness observed Liverseed driving "at a high rate of speed" just before clipping the left side of the road and then rolling over several times, ejecting Liverseed, who died at the scene. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
