Four of the Maple Grove Fire Department stations responded to a house fire on the 7600 block of Mariner Place North around 8 a.m. Saturday, May 4.  More than five people live in the home, according to Maple Grove Fire Chief Scott Anderson, who indicated there were no injuries reported. The fire had reportedly started in the basement and had spread to the upper floor by the time crews had arrived.  As of approximately 9:30 a.m., crews remained on the scene clearing remaining hot spots in the house.
