New Restaurant Plans for Upcoming Opening in Maple Grove

A new restaurant is making plans to open in Maple Grove.

Representatives of Teresa’s Mexican Restaurant appeared before the Maple Grove City Council at the April 15 meeting for a liquor license request, which was approved effective July 1, 2013. 

The proposed location for the new restaurant is at the former Orient Buffet site, located at 16314 County Road 30, according to council documents.

Although a formal opening date has not been set, a Teresa’s Mexican Restaurant representative at the meeting told councilmembers they hope to open in July.

Teresa’s Mexican Restaurant has four other locations Minnesota, according to their website, including Lakeville, Mendota Heights, Golden Valley and Prior Lake.
