David Keith Falk of Maple Grove 

March 19, 1959 - March 21, 2013 

Loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother, Dave went home to be with his Lord on March 21, 2013 at the age of 54.

Survived by wife of 28 years, Judy; children, Jessica, Andrew, Danielle and Eliana; grandson, Caleb; parents, Dave and Vera; brother, Jeff; sister, Jennifer (Todd) Ringhand; nephew and nieces, Brandon, Brianna and Hayley Ringhand; best friend, Miles (Sandy) Oustad; other relatives and friends.

Dave was a Godly man and a wonderful musician; he worked for Pearson Education for 25 years. He will be greatly missed.
