Osseo School Calendar 2017-18: First Day Of School, Vacations, Conferences

The first day of school in Osseo is September 5. Feel free to mark it on your calendar as one of the most dreaded days of the year for students and teachers — and feel free not to feel guilty about marking it as one of your favorites. The Osseo Area School District has released its 2017-2018 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

• 10/30: No Regular Classes Scheduled for Students (Licensed Staff Workshop)

November

• 11/23 - 11/24: No School (Thanksgiving Holiday)

December

• 12/1: No Regular Classes Scheduled for Students (Mark Reporting for Pre K-12)
• 12/4: Trimester II Begins
• 12/21: Last Day of School Before Winter Break

January

• 1/3: First Day of School After Winter Break
• 1/15: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)
• 1/29: No Regular Classes Scheduled for Students (Licensed Staff Workshop)

February

• 2/16: No School (Conference Release Days for Pre K-12)
• 2/19: No School (Presidents’ Day)

March

• 3/9: No Regular Classes Scheduled for Students (Mark Reporting for Pre K-12)
• 3/12: Trimester III Begins
• 2/23: Last Day of School Before Spring Break

April
