Paintball Damage, Equipment Taken: Hennepin County Sheriff's Office Report
A public safety summary of service provided by the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office Patrol Unit for the week April 15-21, 2013 for area communities.

The following public safety summary of information from the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office Patrol Unit that includes highlights from April 15-21, 2013.
In addition to the law enforcement services it provides throughout the county, the HCSO provides primary patrol services for the communities of Hassan Township, Greenfield, Medicine Lake and Fort Snelling, as well as the Hennepin County portions of Hanover and Rockford. The report was provided by the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office. Not all incidents are included in the summary.
Corcoran
April 19 - Deputies responded to the area of County Road 117 and Whitetail Drive for a property damage accident report. A 50-year old female driver reported an oncoming vehicle caused slush to splash onto her windshield causing her to go into the ditch. The vehicle was towed out by a tow company. No injuries. A State Accident report was completed. No other action taken.
Greenfield
April 15 - Deputies responded to an address in the 7000 block of 69th Avenue North for a theft report. An employee reported $28,956.00 worth of equipment had been taken without permission from the business. A Hennepin County Sheriff’s Detective is investigating this incident.
April 16- Deputies responded to the area of County Road 50 and County Road 92 for a property damage accident report. Deputies spoke to a driver who stated she rear ended a vehicle. Both parties declined medical attention and were released at the scene.
April 17 - Deputies responded to an address in the 5000 block of Hwy 55 for a barking dog complaint. Deputies made contact with the owner and advised him of the complaint. No other action taken.
April 17 - Deputies responded to a call regarding a stolen check that occurred in the city of Greenfield. A 57-year old male reported his insurance company sent a check for $83.00 to his old address in Greenfield by mistake and someone had cashed the check. There are no suspects at this time. A Hennepin County Sheriff’s Detective is investigating this incident.
April 18 - Deputies responded to the area of Highway 55 and Greenfield Road for a property damage accident report. A 49-year old male driver spun out and went into the ditch, a 42-year old male driver of another vehicle slid off the road and struck that vehicle. No injuries reported. A state accident report was completed. No other action taken.
April 20 - Deputies responded to a business in the 7000 block of Highway 55 for a gas drive off report. An employee reported the driver of a white Toyota put $51.09 worth of gas into the vehicle and did not pay for it. Contact was made with the 43-year old male driver who stated he forgot to pay for the gas and will call the business to pay it. Deputies confirmed the gas was paid for. No other action was taken.
April 20 - Deputies responded to a business in the 7000 block of Highway 55 on a report of a disorderly conduct person. Medina Officers made contact with the 24-year old male, he was arrested on a citizen’s arrest for disorderly conduct and trespassed from the business. Medina Officers took custody of the suspect. No other action taken.
April 2- Deputies responded to an address in the 7400 block of Mark Street for a residential alarm call. Deputies checked the exterior of the residence and did not find anything out of the ordinary. The homeowner arrived and called the alarm company to have the alarm turned off. No other action taken.
April 20 - Deputies responded to a business in the 7000 block of Highway 55 for a theft report. An employee reported the suspect walked out with two cartons of cigarettes and took off in a vehicle. Estimated loss is $100.02. A Hennepin County Sheriff’s Detective is investigating this incident.
Medicine Lake
April 18 - Deputies responded to an address in the 200 block of Peninsula Road for a medical. A 37-year old male reported having chest pains. He was transported to North Memorial for evaluation. No other action taken.
Hanover
April 19 - Deputies responded to an address in the 29000 block of 109th Avenue North for a medical. A 37-year old female reported her toddler child was sick. Allina Medics examined the child and determined everything was okay. No other action taken.
April 21 - Deputies responded to a business in the 29000 block of 109th Avenue for a damage to property report. The owner of the business reported someone shot a paintball gun at a window and an exterior wall. Deputies identified 23 pink colored markings on the wall and window. No suspect at this time. A Hennepin County Sheriff’s Detective is investigation this incident.

The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office patrol deputies also issued five citations, responded to one alarm and four property damage accidents.
