The following is a synopsis of several incidents that occurred in Maple Grove between Oct. 25 and Oct. 31 as provided by the Maple Grove Police Department.

Oct. 25

  • A wallet was reported stolen from a shopping cart on the 11400 block of Fountains Drive.
  • A front door was damaged from an attempted burglary on the 400 block of West Eagle Lake Drive.

Oct. 26
  • Report of shoplifting on the 12700 block of Elm Creek Blvd.
  • Report of a purse stolen at garage sale on the 8800 block of Kimberly Lane.
  • Report of a vehicle leaving gas station without paying for gas on the 16300 block of 96th Ave.

  • Shoplifting was reported on the 8000 block of Wedgewood Lane.
  • Report of a house broken into with money and jewelry stolen on the 18000 block of 77th Place. 
Oct. 28
  • Shoplifting was reported on the 11500 block of Fountains Drive. Suspect fled in a vehicle.
  • Three iPhones and two iPads were reported stolen from a store overnight on the 8000 block of Wedgewood Lane.
Oct. 29
  • Report of property stolen from a garage on the 16400 block of 74th Avenue. The homeowner saw the suspect fleeing garage.
  • Report of a window broken out of vehicle on the 7500 block of Meridian Circle. 
  • Shoplifting was reported on the 11500 block of Fountains Drive. Suspect fled in a vehicle.
There were 17 property damage incidents and two personal injury traffic accidents reported during this time period.
