Minnesota may be better known for ice fishing than body surfing, but the state also offers plenty of summerime recreation opportunities. This is the land of 10,000 lakes, after all, not to mention a couple of pretty famous rivers. And all that waterfront affords lots of places to take a refreshing swim, toss around a plastic disc or just ignore all that healthy-skin advice and catch some rays. What's your favorite? Where do you go, between Memorial Day and Labor Day, to make like the Beach Boys and pretend you're in California or Florida? You previously nominated your favorite beach.
