The Winner of the Best Halloween Costume in Minnesota Is ...
We had several great entries, but there could be only one grand prize winner.

With all the ghost, ghouls and zombie out there, it wasn’t easy to pick a winner for our Best Halloween Costume in Minnesota contest.
From Oakdale to Fridley, we received several entries from Patch readers throughout the state and were amazed by everyone’s creativity. However, one costume stood out among the rest—the 9-foot tall Grim Reaper from Richfield Patch!
With its glowing red eyes and 6-foot long arms made out wood and steel scraps, this costume truly embodied the spirit of the holiday. Big congrats to Scott, our first place winner, who will receive a free 1-year subscription to Gathr. Our second and third place winners from Maple Grove Patch and Oakdale Patch also will receive a great prize package from Gathr, which they can use to enjoy free movies, discounts at local restaurants, educational games and more.
