City Of Lilydale To Hold Public Hearing On Concept Development Of The Vacant River Bluffs Center

The City of Lilydale will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 29, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. at Lilydale City Hall, regarding a concept plan submitted by Bigos Management for redevelopment of the vacant River Bluffs Center and Moose Country site. The proposed plan consists of a five-story, 126-unit apartment building and 9 two-story townhouse units.

The concept plan was considered by the Lilydale Planning Commission on November 9, 2021, where they made a recommendation of approval to the City Council.
