The following dates/times are being offered. Please note, the Pfizer vaccine requires two doses to be most effective and a parent or legal guardian is required to be present for both vaccine administrations.

Appointments can be made ahead of time by clicking on a clinic location above (MGSH, CV, PCSH or OEC). If you choose not to schedule appointments, you and your student are welcome to walk in the day of these clinics instead. Both administrations of the vaccine are free to Minnesotans. Insurance is also not required to participate.

If you have questions about the COVID-19 vaccine, your pediatrician or family physician can be an excellent source of information. Check out the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention websites for further details.

These COVID-19 vaccination clinics are for 5-11 year-olds only. For families with students ages 12 and older who have not been vaccinated, visit mn.gov/vaccine to find vaccination opportunities near you.
