The family-friendly event will span Minnehaha Avenue from East Lake Street to East 46th Street. The section of Minnehaha will be closed to motor vehicle traffic, providing people the opportunity to enjoy the street in a car-free environment.
Highlights include a large artisan market with nearly 50 local artists and 150 vendors representing local businesses and community groups. There will be a vaccination site where people can get a COVID-19 vaccine or flu shot. Our Streets Minneapolis recommends that all event attendees are vaccinated to protect against COVID-19. Mask wearing is encouraged in crowded areas or enclosed spaces. Unvaccinated people are asked to wear a mask at all times.
