TWIN CITIES, MN — It's officially the spookiest time of the year. Halloween is Thursday, Oct. 31, when ghosts and goblins of all sorts will appear in front of your door asking for treats.

According to Accuweather, Thursday will feature a high of 51 and a low of 39 degrees. It should be partly cloud and dry.

That is fairly normal, historically, according to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. The average high is 50 degrees and the average low is 35 degrees in the Twin Cities for Halloween.
